In June 2018, Greenpeace US published a report documenting the tactics used by Energy Transfer Partners – developer of the Dakota Access Pipeline – to intimidate and silence opponents of the project. This includes SLAPPs against Greenpeace and other activists involved in the campaign against the pipeline.
